The hotel is fairly clean, has views of mountains behind. It has excellent, pleasant staff. The room is huge and wonderful with an amazing view of the mountains. The location is favourable and magnificent, 2 miles from Museo Stibbert.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was reasonably priced, had decent location very close to the tram. The staff were very amiable, everything was perfectly fine. Appreciated staying at the spotlessly clean king room with an amazing view of the mountains.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was situated near a train station and tram service, making it easy to get to the city center and other attractions. Additionally, there were two supermarkets in the area, making it convenient for any grocery needs.
The hotel was in need of some renovations. The rooms felt outdated and could use some updating.

It had great parking place for those travelling with a car. Good when you are travelling in Italy and want to leave the car and walk. The place is a bit far away from the centre, but it is well connected until 1am by BUS. Breakfast could be improved, but it is good anyways.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The parking was ample and easy to find upon arrival. The location was convenient as it was close to the new tram route, allowing for easy transportation into the city. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly.
